Our priority is the health and safety of our attendees and staff. Following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, our venue partners, the city of Las Vegas, the state of Nevada, industry associations, and experts, we have established the below safety protocols.
As circumstances and guidelines change in the months ahead, we will continue to review and refine our plans, and keep you updated via this page and via email. In addition to the below protocols, we encourage all attendees to practice common sense behaviors, such as frequent handwashing. And while we know everyone looks forward to seeing old friends and colleagues, handshakes and hugs should be replaced with the “elbow bump.”
RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Per Las Vegas regulations, all attendees will be required to wear masks except when eating, drinking, giving a presentation, or if a medical condition would prevent your safe ability to do so. Masks will be provided to attendees.
All our event spaces have been re-configured to provide for six square feet of distance between attendees, including breakout, general session rooms, eating tables, and exhibit hall space.
Food & Beverage
Safe and sanity meal service will be provided throughout the event. Never fear-we have not downgraded our excellent food and will provide the same quality hot meals you have come to expect! Buffets and beverage stations will be available with single-sided lines and banquet service staff to serve attendees. Self-service will not be available.
All agenda details will be provided via the mobile app.
Pre-Event Screening: 1 week before the event, attendees will be required to electronically attest that they are not experiencing symptoms, nor knowingly been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the virus.
On-Site Screening: When attendees arrive at check-in for the event, a second verbal attestation will be required.
Daily Temperature Check
Attendees will pass through temperature check stations daily. Attendees with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be admitted.
High touch areas will be wiped down hourly, breakout rooms will be cleaned after every breakout session, and the exhibit hall will be sanitized frequently. Hand sanitizer will be readily available through the space.
Touch-Free Check-In Process
Multiple and socially distanced registration desks will provide touch-free check-in.
